Bombay Masala was created in 2007 from a dream that was born in the early 1990’s. On a family orientated venture, Mr. Sanjiv Thadaney and Mrs. Gauri Thadaney, invested a lot of time and effort in the designing and construction phase of the restaurant. The journey was enhanced with the focus on elegance and class, with the sole expectation of providing our diners with a sensation of a voyage to India whilst in Cameroon. Bombay Masala opened the doors for business in January of 2008 and is now approaching into it’s 10th year. As a team, Bombay Masala has emphasized on living up to its vision statement of being the customers most preferred restaurant choice in town. Initially offering north Indian cuisine, we have extended our menu to diversify our variety of dishes to now include; Asian and pan Asian delicacies. Allowing our diners not only to travel to India but different parts of Asia to feel their exotic spices run down their body. Renowned chef and hospitality host, Mr Dayal Advani, was instrumental in introducing and training our chefs to artfully create dishes with a delicate balance of spices without overpowering the natural taste of food.
